Estate: Our Vigna Rielerhof is located at 500 m just above the nearby City Bolzano. The exposure and the slope giving the grapes its typically aroma. Soil, sand and calcareous soil gives the freshness.
Vinification: Our grapes arrive in our vinery and get immediately pressed. The fermentation (part oak, part steel) at 18°C, lasts 10 days and followed by 6 months on lees.
Description: yellow in colour, dense aroma of elderflower and tropical fruit. A combination of crisp acidity and smooth body. Pairing: shellfish like lobster is the main combination.
As well with goat cheese and fennel salad.
Serve: Lightly chilled, 10-12 C
